Hey Friends! I'm an award-winning poet, actor, and singer. I received my B.A in Acting with a Voice Over minor from Columbia College Chicago. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, I currently reside in Chicago, Illinois and am willing to travel. I'm extremely dedicated and hardworking when it comes to my craft as I strive to tell black and queer stories. I'm a Co-Chair of the SAG-AFTRA Chicago NextGen Performers Committee and I'm dedicated to making a difference through my art. My Film/Television credits include I Used To Go Here, The Chi, Chicago Fire, Easy (Season's 2 and 3), Empire, and American Greed. My theater credits include The Fly Honey Show, Haymarket, Hatfield & McCoy, The Last Stop On Market Street, 24 Words the musical, A Charlie Brown Christmas, El Stories: Heroes, and Hairspray. As well as my acting accomplishments, I’m also an established poet. I’m a Vans Open Mic Series winner and Public Narrative scholarship recipient. My work has appeared in several literary publications such as The Jade Plant Project, A Farther Room, Woman Made Gallery, Scout & Birdie and Soft Openings. I'm constantly working on building my credits as an artist and looking for new ways to collaborate!
